2. Services

The Data Controller provides web development, IT support, networking, security and training services. Features, prices and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Memberships and payments

  • Plan payments are made by bank transfer or deposit; membership is activated after the receipt is confirmed.
  • Plans may be monthly, annual or one-time, as indicated at the time of hire.
  • Unless stated otherwise, memberships are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (text, code, design, trademarks) belongs to the Data Controller or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". The Data Controller does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for damages arising from use, technical interruptions or content of linked third parties.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Data Controller's domicile.
